Can this be used on indoor plants?

Yes it's good for indoor plants, fruit and vegetables and outdoor plants as well. I use for all plants except succulents because it's too rich in nutrients.

What hose sprayer would anyone recommend please?

My wife swears by this product. I fill a 2 gallon water can and she puts in 6 scoops of Flower Power.Ten minuets and then I feed the little flowers {bless them}. (plants seem to like it). and it keeps my wife happy. (suffers from Alzimers). Anyway thanks for your service.
