Well written and interesting book.It was hard to put down.

His whole life was for the glorifying of God. Each obstacle in his life was overcome by listening to God's angle messages. Such a beautiful example for all of us to follow!I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a better way to live and love.

I loved reading about the author’s POW experience and how he rose above hate, but kept his mind on God and everyone else’s true nature - which is good. I also appreciated his sharing of all the progress he made, spiritual and otherwise, after the war ended. The letters C. T. Have special meaning to me now.

Mr Wyndham shows us how living Christian Science overcomes all human conditions to let Gods Love take control in our lives. A testimonial to His power. If I could give this book a hundred stars, I would!

A short yet inspiring book that should uplift any reader searching for the strength and courage to move forward and win.

This man proved the idea that thinking correctly can change any outcome no matter how dire or banal the situation. Fascinating story written in an easy, conversational style.

Imprisioned, beaten, deprived of food & water, for days at a time, Wyndham refused to accept his apparent loss of life, and freedom, refused to let hatred or loss of hope dominate his thinking. Scratched on his prison wall CT (control thought) and moved from one Japanese prison camp to another, over a matter of years, he finally won his freedom, and dominion.

This story of absolute faith in God under the very worst circumstances in a WW2 not only allowed him to survive the bruittle treatment,but to triumph and to win respectf from his captors. His fellow prisnors were also blessed by his prayers. He never gave in to evil,but maintained his trust in God!
