Magica PID E61 Espresso Machine

Description

The Bezzera Magica is a brilliant blend of the traditional and the modern. Its powerful heat exchanger boiler system can brew, steam and generate hot water at the same time. The machine includes a 2 liter copper boiler, automatic stopping of electric resistances in case of lack of water in the boiler, a lever action E61 group head, large water reservoir and built-in cup warmer. The Magica also features an extraction pressure gauge and joystick style hot water and steam wands that can be turned on or off instantly. For it's latest version, Bezzera has added a PID temperature control system to the Magica making it possible not only to maintain precise temperature stability but also to adjust temperature as demanded by various specialty coffees for a fantastic extraction.
