Good flavor but not concentrated
It tastes like Whole Foods 365 canned cola.Sadly, it’s not very strong and requires a relatively substantial amount (about 3-5 fl oz) to somewhat-decently flavor 16oz of soda water.It’s a shame there’s no concentrated version.

It is hard to explain its flavor, all I can say is try it especially as a mixer.As a straight replacement to drink cold by itself, maybe not, but as a mixer.Buy it and test it is all I can say

Decent taste, but not concentrated enough
The taste is distinctive and enjoyable. As many others have noted, this is not very concentrated so you'll be using a lot to flavor your beverage. This would be true of soda or cocktails. Therefore a price per oz comparison would be misleading compared with a more concentrated product.

Great for drinks, not much soda
Great for cocktail mixing, but not the greatest for SodaStream, the carbonation overtakes the syrup so you end up needing a lot of the syrupHowever, just a shot with a splash of lime and rum is now a new favorite drink

Unique flavor but probably best for mixed drinks
I original bought this for my soda stream in order to move away from the splenda that soda stream adds to their syrups. The liber& co kola has a nice unique flavor. First you can taste the kola nut with a hint of vanilla extracts then it hits you with a cinnamon / ginger flavor at the end. It is quit refreshing. However the cost makes using this only as a high end cost premium cola that you drink on special occasions. You have to use 4 oz to a liter to have the flavor in normal cola soda, in other words the 17 oz goes quick. I think the Liber & Co Kola Syrup probably works best for mixed drink. Its amazing with rum! The cost and amount you have to use for soda stream really makes the purchase cost prohibitive for soda stream usage. BUT Buy it for rum and coke instead you will not be disappointed! 1 star removed due to the cost for soda stream

This syrup is DA BOMB DIGGITY
I bought this syrup based on other reviews. I am so glad I did. The flavor is definitely KOLA. I have been a “life long” Coca Cola drinker, but this KOLA flavor is so far superior to Coke and other colas that are on the market and served in restaurants.I only pour it over club soda in a glass filled with ice. This will be my go to KOLA flavor from now on!KOLA on purpose to separate it from all average colas.
