Can anybody tell me how many comes in this bulk package?

It's supposed to come with 12 in a box. However I ordered 4 boxes for $13.99 each. They only shipped one box of 12 tubes, and omitted the other 3! I emailed with no answer for two days, and then they say, oh we refunded your card for the missing 3 at $13.99 each of which they still haven't done, then they raise the price to $17.82 Each and tell me to reorder the missing three boxes. CLEARLY PRICE GOUGING! DON'T BY FROM THIS VENDOR! THEY ARE TRIFLING!

Great lip moisturizers and protectant

I've used ChapStick moisturizers for many years and the quality hasn't gone down a bit. My only criticism is that the ChapStick is occasionally hard to open due to the packaging. If ChapStick would improve the opening process, then more people in the Amazon community would order it.
