I recommend basting the chicken. I don't marinate it. I place raw unseasoned chicken over charcoals and begin cooking. Halfway through I begin to baste/apply Chiavetta's with a silicone brush. I do this several times over while turning the chicken. Comes out delicious.

It is fine just the way it is. I just baste with Chiavetta's as it is cooking. I'd think that any bbq sauce would destract from the flavor. I tried apple wood smoking the first half hour and wished i hadn't. To much was going on. Keep it simple. This stuff is awesome.

Q: Can you inject this into a pork loin?

Yes you can. However, I would play with the amount and make sure that you have a sturdy injector.
