Lithium Orotate 20 mg of Elemental Lithium per Capsule - 90 Vegetarian Capsules

This is a great quality supplement for a low price. No fillers like magnesium stearate or cellulose, just a addition of a derivative of flax seed.I started taking low dose lithium orotate upon the recommendation of Ann Louise Gittleman for helping your aging brain cope better. Every brand I looked at had fillers and flow agents I didn’t like and then I found this brand.I don’t know if my brain works any better but I can say it’s not doing too badly. I can’t recommend taking it based on that summary but I can say if you want to try low dose lithium orotate this brand seems worth a try.

This supports the nervous system and brain well seemingly more for anyone with any of the various nervous system issues. An example... someone who was on lithium before and stopped taking it or was advised to stop taking it this can be a great alternative or even temporary treatment to help ween off of things especially if advised. That's because Lithium in the right consumable or better consumable form can be healthy for many people at the right dosage needed/wanted.

I was looking for lithium orotate and saw this one with a reasonable price. All the lithium orotate I've tried has always been white powder. This product has brown powder. I looked at the ingredients and it doesn't state what it is. If it's pure genuine lithium orotate it should be white. They have one with flax seed powder which could make it turn brown but I ordered the regular one. So the quality is questionable.

These clear capsules are filled with a questionable brown powder. I have taken lithium orotate from many other brands, and they’ve all been white powders inside the clear capsules. In combination with another review that showed a blood test with no lithium shown, I don’t think these are lithium orotate and I don’t think these are safe to eat.

Lithium orotate taken on a daily basis has given me my life back. I take two capsules twice daily. My mood is elevated and my anxiety a tiny trickle compared to the full flood it used to be. I feel mentally sharper, focused and more confident also. I don't know why this product is not more widely available and its safer than the prescription lithium carbonate.

I ordered this as a welcome solution for not needing to take multiple 5mg tablets. I appreciate the 20mg in one capsule aspect! That was my reason for purchasing this; and I am not disappointed.

Better than KAL brand in health food stores. Can actually feel this one gently taking affect, relaxing nerves. Has a flax seed fatty acid matrix which helps absorption. B-12 vitamin intake is important when taking lithium. 20mg equates to probably around 150mg lithium carbonate so don't take more than one capsule a day and gradually taper off if it's not for you.

These are brown but lithium should be white. Don’t really trust taking these. And they don’t really offer much reassurance or proof of quality/purity etc..I’m going to purchase different ones from a credible source and credible seller/manufacturer.
