So nice I bought a second one.
The media could not be loaded. When I first got into backpacking I purchased a hat oil flash kit. I loved it; however the more I got into backpacking I realized how heavy and bulky they are. The other day I decided to buy the MSR pocket rocket 2 for its small lightweight design. It is a major upgrade to the jet oil as far as weight and how compact it is. But then I stumbled across a video of someone using the bsn 3000 and they were caving about how inexpensive it is. So since I’m getting ready to go on a backpacking trip with my wife, our son, and his friend I figured for $15 I would get him one and see how well it works. I had very low expectations. When it arrived I could not believe how light it is. Almost non existent, and about a third of the size of the MSR I hooked it up to test it out and it works fantastic. Can bring the flame down real low or crank it up for some high heat. Once turned off, it cools very quickly. The BSN 3000 seems very durable and so simple to use and carry. I didn’t want to take the chance that the price jumps up on these so I bought a second one that I’ll most likely be using instead of my brand new MSR. Amazing buy!

I love these little stoves so much, I keep buying more
I now have 4 of these little stoves! they are cheap, light, durable and work great! I have two jetboils that rarely get used anymore, since these are a fraction of the weight and bulk. A Nalgene bottle full of water, a Nalgene "canteen cup", a spork, this stove and a small 3.9 oz fuel canister makes for a very small, effective package. Boil water for your mountain house meals, or make a cup of trail coffee. A small 3.9 oz fuel canister and this stove will fit inside a Nalgene canteen cup, with room to spare for coffee packets. Buy one for all your packs!Last note: there is nothing the more expensive "big name" stoves do, that these little stoves don't do equally well.

Good buy
I've had it for over a year now. It’s definitely a good buy. I pack this as a secondary/emergency burner because you never know, right? Onetime, my Jetboil went out on me on a four-day backpacking trip. Luckily, I had this little guy as a backup, and it saved me pretty much. I take it everywhere with me. It’s small, lightweight, and reliable. I highly recommend it.

Why pay more
Well made stove that fits every budget. Boils water every bit as fast as the much more expensive brands and is the same size. Very impressive indeed.

It's lightweight!
I bit the bullet and purchased this to save 2 oz off of my perfectly good working MSR. This stove is only 1 oz, and seems to work just as good as my MSR. It might take a very small amount of time more to boil water. Well worth the weight savings.
