Great value for the money. Well made. Very sharp! Good grip and handle. It's large, slices well (be careful, very sharp).

This winco knife comes very sharp. It is a high carbon German stainless steel X50 CrMOV 15 it is a simple but yet very functional butcher knife. I do recommend it for the price.

Breaking Knife
This knife is a little lighter than the one that it's replacing, but so far it's held a razor sharp edge through several projects. I'm very happy with this purchase,I maintain the knife separate from the other knives to protect the cutting edge, and I dress the edge fairly often with a steel.I do recommend this knife for home butchering chores, but don't know how it would last in a commercial setting.

Not what was advertised....Great knives.....but no Winco mark...as advertised.
I am disapointed that these do not have the WINCO mark......I bought two.....neither have the mark....they were sold as Winco knives ??????
