Great series! I got it after watching Sandman on Netflix and found the comic waaayyy better. Really enjoyed seeing the Sandman grow and become a better "Dream"

He wanted some of these, I got the whole set. He loved them. He likes to read and loves comics

I have read every issue of The Sandman via the library. I loved them enough to buy the set. These 30th anniversary editions come in a display case that contains the original 10 volumes and the lesser supplementary material. It costs a lot less than buying each on its own. As for the story of The Sandman, what can I say that has not already been said? The 1st 10 volumes are perfect. The only thing that could make them better is if there was more of Dream himself. I love the character so much that when he would only appear at the end of some of the issues I would be disappointed. The stories were still great and thought provoking each time. I just started rereading Preludes and Nocturnes and going into it having an understanding of what is happening just makes it even more enjoyable. My mom even wants to give the comics a try.

The vendor, Woodville Books, delivered very quickly and the contents were packed with care. The product was exactly as advertised. I have some of original hardcovers and I am stoked to final get a copy of the entire series.

Beautiful boxed set, everything you need is included, and it looks so nice on my shelves! The box keeping them from toppling over or gathering dust is a definite bonus. Never thought I'd get the whole collection for such a steal!

After reading the many reviews of people who received this item only to find it was damaged in some way, I was a bit nervous about ordering it. However, my copy of the complete Sandman boxed set arrived today (on time!) and I am very happy to say that it is in pristine condition. No damage at all, shrink wrap in tact and none of the corners even slightly bent or anything. Due to the negative feedback of others, I was expecting the box to be flimsy cardboard, but it is actually quite sturdy. It seems well made. Perhaps it was just because I set my expectations low, but I am EXTREMELY satisfied overall with my purchase and I know the content is worthy of 5 stars (or better!) as well!
