Problems with quality!
Update June 2023 After buying these every month for some time now, and Olive enjoying them, the quality has REALLY DECLINED!!! I've decided not to buy these anymore because the last two bags had MOLD ON SOME EARSAnd the last bag smelled really bad!Update May 19, 2023I'm concerned because the water buffalo ears we normally get from Wild Eats, for Olive, are MUCH darker than they normally are. We get TWO PKGS of these EVERY MONTH FOR OLIVE because she LOVES them, so I'm hoping the quality hasn't declined. I'm posting pics so people can see the difference. My husband and I are REALLY happy with these Wild Eats brand water buffalo ears, we order for our sweet Olive! Wild Eats brand provides the high quality and large ears that Olive loves. I'll never order from another company! My husband and I, along with Olive, strongly recommend these Wild Eats brand water buffalo ears, above all other brands because they're consistently large, and have consistently been very high quality!Olive is an 80 pound Labrador Retriever who goes through all of her chews fairly quickly, even things that other dogs take forever to chew. Our daughter's Miniature Poodle Paisley takes about a week to chew one of these ears. Providing Olive with any chews that might normally take other dogs days or weeks to chew, it only takes Olive hours. For example, water buffalo ears, yak cheese chews, or tracheas, only take Olive a matter of hours to chew. Another thing is that this company always provides consistently large ears which is a must for Olive. All the other companies we've ordered from have never had consistently large ears. You might get 10 decent size ears, and ten really tiny ears and that's absolutely unacceptable. If you're looking for high quality, and consistent quality, you simply can't beat these ears! Here's my original post...Our 3 year old black Lab, Olive LOVES these Wild Eats brand Water Buffalo ears. They're her number one favorite chew and we're happy to feed her these because they're vet recommended for dogs dental health. They're a great way to keep your dog's teeth clean and they also help remove plaque. We want to help Olive keep her teeth pearly white and keep her teeth and her gums healthy. She gets one ear daily and she loves them!Water Buffalo ears and cow ears are are supposed to be safe and easily digestible for dogs. Their texture helps keep their teeth and gums healthy. Most veterinarians will tell you these chews are a great source of low fat protein as an occasional snack. We feed one to Olive daily because she's an aggressive chewer but we're particular about what she chews and always provide high protein, low fat ears. These water buffalo ears are asafe alternative to pig ears, which are way too high in fat and far too high calorie. For that reason dogs who are more prone to weight gain probably shouldn't eat pig ears.Olive does tend to go through one of the larger ones in about a half hour. While smaller ears take her about 5 minutes to chew. When you're spending approximately $21 dollars, you want the chews to last longer. But Olive loves them and we love Olive, so we'll definitely continue to buy these for her.Mom, Dad, and Olive approved! Two paws up!Very highly recommended!

Great Product
I loved them! Or I should say my Goldendoodle loves them. Large ears, no odor, and I will order again. Thanks!

They are great!
My boy loves these! I used to give him the rawhide which he loved at the time until he tried these. Not long ago I gave him one instead of the buffalo. The look he gave me was priceless!! I cancelled my order for the rawhide and now use only buffalo!

Best buffalo ears I've found
These are the best water buffalo ears I've purchased. The only thing not consistent are the size of the ears. I've received bags that had all 20 large ears, some with 50/50. The most recent bag had very few large ears, some being extremely small. My toy breed dogs absolutely love these. No clue what they are dusted with (probably says in the description) but they're a hit. They are shaped for easy chewing for small mouths. My babies' teeth are super clean with very little plaque, thanks to these ears. These are much healthier than rawhide.

Heavier but still dry.
These are huge! They also have some meat (dried) attached to the ears still so obviously they do have a certain muskiness to them. It does not bother me because they are kept out of sight. The leftover meat around the ends are a treat for my dogs. Each ear is heavier than cow ears and have more substance to it. They do last slightly longer than smoked cow ears. My Staffies will finish a cow ear in less than 5 minutes but these water buffalo ears will last them about 10 minutes a piece.

Keep An Eye On Your Pet While Eating
I bought these because they seemed like a good deal being cheaper than cow ears. They are smaller and thinner than cow ears and seem to be flexible. I have three large breed dogs who are pretty decent chewers so they were gonna get consumed no matter what. My dogs ate them without hesitation but I did notice that as the chew got smaller it had a rawhide type of texture, more gummy, than cow ears have. I was watching my one dog finish the last sliver of his....and then I noticed he seemed distressed. Pawing at his mouth. Gagging. I opened his mouth and stuck my hand in there and grabbed a small piece of chew out of his throat. It was big enough for a choking hazard. I always watch my dogs when eating items like this but I usually don't have to intervene like this. Did my dogs eat them, yes...But I won't be buying them again as they are a greater choking hazard than other treats and chews I feed.
