Good filtered water faucet
Was impressed with the faucet when we first received it. It felt solid, looked good, and was a good match for our regular faucet, it almost looked like a matched set. Installation was easy and the faucet has functioned well since we bought it. We are in Socal and the water quality is not the best so there have been mineral deposits that have formed. We try to stay on top of removing the build up but it is a losing battle.I reached out to customer support to ask if they had instructions on how to take off the handle so I could clean off the mineral deposits. I was disappointed when they told me that it was a one piece unit and that the handle could not be removed. I was then amazed when they said they would replace the unit, even though we had it for 5 years. Talk about awesome customer service!I have installed a similar set up at my mother's place and we both are very happy with the items.Great quality, great looks and great customer service!

Good match and good quality
I bought this faucet 2years ago. A very good value for what you get. Well built and looks great next to my stainless kitchen faucet. Not easy to be able to match these things but the brushed nickel matches nicely with the stainless. Works great!

Easy to install and aesthetically pleasing
This company backs their products. I had a leak with my faucet and they sent me a replacement and took care of everything with no hassle. Also I was easily able to install this myself/ not to discredit myself but I am a woman- there were no tools needed to install this. And is aesthetically pleasing!

An Upgraded Faucet from what is inlcuded in the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK
A solid upgraded faucet from what comes inside the iSpring RCC7AK-BLK as that faucet was leaking at the handle. I spoke with Nick in support. Due to the faucet leaking there was no need to order a replacement on Amazon, Nick at iSpring Support agreed to ship out a replacement at no charge [model GA3-ORB]. Excellent customer service and most understanding of the customer's needs.

Right quality Faucet for the iSpring Reverse Osmosis system
We are happily using the iSpring Reverse Osmosis from 2019 and right after installation even the taste of the water was entirely different and simply delicious. After changing main filters, we see how dirty water is and iSpring system is making the real work and it is reliable and simple in design as well. When faucet was started to drip after many years iSpring customer support manager was kind enough with the guidance and new replacement took an hour to replace and now works flawlessly. Solid Chrome water faucet
Replaced our original filtered water faucet with this iSpring GA1-B model and are quite happy with the solid look and feel - indicative of quality to us, as well as the smooth valve operation and faster water flow than our original faucet. The locking quick connect made the installation quick and simple.
