Well, I’ll be… I was looking for something to help with my hair. It has been thinning and is less dense than it used to be. I tried a couple different things that really didn’t work that well, but then my primary care physician recommended DIM. She pointed this out on Amazon from the seller. After one month of taking one capsule per day, my hairstylist remarked “what the heck are you doing? You have a whole bunch of new short hairs growing everywhere!” So I’ll have to say it’s been successful for me, a senior man. Oh, and my physician told me specifically that there are no side effects to worry about, especially at a single capsule a day doseage (PLEASE, this is NOT medical advice. I am not a doctor.) It’s just that it seemed to work for me and it seems like quite a value proposition. Perhaps you’d like to try it.

I'm on my third bottle and I feel that it really works. I've yet to get my blood work done, but my mood and energy levels have changed since taking it.

Been using this product for probably 6 months. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn't. I'm just not quite sure. The last shipment I got was with the new label and the new label says that it's the same formula. However, I'm not sure this is completely true since the pills are a different color and the ingredient list is different. I'm a bit confused... So yeah who knows.

Good product , second bottle ordered have been happy so far

I only buy supplements that are GMP certifed to insure the ingredients are what they claim to be. This product claimed to be GMP but it is not listed anywhere on tge label. Im returning and filing a complaint with Amazon for false advertising.

Haven’t seen results after a week but will give it some time.
