This shower head is amazing and such a great price! It made our shower look sleek and modern, which is exactly what we were hoping for. We had it professionally installed, so I can’t speak to the ease of installation, but it sure looks beautiful! The pressure is good too. Highly recommend!

I love this shower head!! I was a little worried about the quality, but I am happy to say that I am not disappointed. Currently in the process of a full bathroom remodel so have not used it yet. Will follow up with water pressure review soon. Love how chic and modern it looks.

I had an issue with mounting the handheld because by the time we finished tiling the shower walls the female fitting for the handheld is too deep inside. I contacted the sellers and they offered to order a custom handheld with a longer nipple fitting to my needs. This helped me install the handheld perfectly. The sellers even followed up with me to make sure I was able to install it. Great customer service! As for the shower head and the handheld after the install, the water coming out of them is very strong which I love. However, if you prefer the water to be less strong you can always adjust the shower handle.

The media could not be loaded.  I finally got this installed the water the function box most likely has a problem the water comes out from both sides . I’m going to call and report to customer service. It’s defective and paint comes off easy

The shower arm and brackets are Metric threads and I live in Florida! They will not connect to the standard 1/2 inch NPT and no adapters were included......UGH!

I had a problem with a wall that was to thick. The shower arm did not reach the pipe in the wall so I emailed the problem and they made a new one to my specks . So if you have a problem let them know and it will be fixed. The shower works great and my lady is smiling.

I was missing a tiny piece, called the number and was sent a complete replacement. In addition I received a phone call to check that I had received the product and to make sure that I was satisfied. Fabulous customer service and this is a classy looking product that looks great in our new shower. Very satisfied

The product looks great, however, the instructions are non-existent. You have to guess the pipe lengths and hope they all line up. I had bought two, one for each bathroom. However, after the difficulty of the first install I returned the second.
