I looked it up and there are several studies proving the effectiveness. I recommend you research on your own. I started taking this product for and increase in testosterone. I def notice a more positive feeling and outlook on life as that is one of the perks to taking this supplement. I also noticed an increase in libido which came on rather quickly, within a few doses. I’d say this product does what is says it does and I’m glad I tried it. Iv order two bottles so far.

I've been taking Hildegard's Original Pellitory for about a month now, typically with my lunchtime meal at work. Since I've started taking these supplements, I've noticed that I'm more attentive and have less of an afternoon "fog" while working. I've been taking two capsules a day for the past two weeks, I can’t say I have noticed an improvement in my testosterone, but I believe it's helping with my outlook and mood, especially in light of the current social distancing circumstances and a 24/7 home life with my wife and two young kids. I’m a fan of Hildegard’s herbal remedies and pellitory, or bertram, is one of her favorites for digestive health. I feel like these capsules are helping in that regard.

This product will dry you out. You will need to increase your H²O intake for sure, or you will end up constipated.

I have tried a few different brands of Pellitory also known as Akarkara root and this has to be one of my favorites. It’s a great muscle building herb, testosterone boosting herb and digestion aid. Also a very good deal. I would definitely recommend this product!
