Bought this to try and fix a cold start issue with my truck. This product did it’s job. My cold start issue ended up being electrical so this kit did not help me, but at least i cleaned the injectors for a very cheap cost and i dont have to worry about them anymore. Still gave me peace of mind seeing all 8 injectors spraying nicely and functioning well. I replaced the o-rings on the injectors but I did not replace the filters, which i would recommend to you to do.

If you're willing to pull your injectors yourself this is a cheap and dirty way to test injector spray pattern and clean injectors. Be careful if you're using carb cleaner because that stuff ruins rubber pretty quickly, so keep any hardware you're gonna put back on the injectors in a safe spot. Also keep in mind if you're ocd and care about your injectors keeping their paint in tact don't use carb cleaner period because it more than likely wont always seal 100% when you're spraying and will eat your paint.I can't attest to how well this actually cleans the injectors, but it did at the very least help me find that one of my injectors was clogged and had a funky spray pattern.

A truck I recently purchased had a rough idle. But ran good with no miss. But seemed to miss a little at idle. It had just had new plugs and wires installed on it. Evidently the prior owner was chasing it too. After a thorough evaluation I performed a injector drop and found too much variation between cylinders. Didn’t wan to buy new injectors at $78 each so after reading the reviews on this product I decided to try it. Why not, it was cheaper than one injector. I’m glad I do too!!! I used it as your supposed to in all six injectors. Then I let the injectors set for 15 minutes and cleaned them a second time then reinstalled in fuel rail. What a difference it made too. Smooth idle better acceleration response too. My gas mileage picked up too. Wow!! Like a new truck. I’ve told my other mechanic friends about it too. You can go wrong with is item. It’s worth a try at this price too. If you vehicle has 75-100 thousand miles on it you should may your injectors cleaned this way to bring it back to OEM specs. The ethanol in gas is the main problem. Also don’t neglect replacing the fuel filter atleast every 20-30 thousand miles.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Somewhat difficult to use...have to really hold the injector tightly into the unit while depressing the carburetor cleaner. If you don't, it will blast the injector off and potentially damage it. There are several Youtube videos which demonstrate proper use.It cleaned my dirty injectors very quickly. My Corolla is running smooth again. Thanks for a great tool at a fair price!!

Works good just if you use the plastic holders it comes with it leaks really bad and you get cleaner spraying everywhere. I just used the wire and made my own holder and it worked great.

Product works exactly as described. If you use a small rubber O-ring between the plastic piece and the cleaner can it will stop the majority of the mess, a little will still come out the bottom when you release so make sure to have a rag around it. The plug and alligator clips alone are worth the price of this kit to me.If you have a set of small alligator clip wires you can use a 9-volt battery instead of the car battery. Just hook the small ones to the clamps that come with the set. A 9-volt will not burn up the injector valve, a car battery possibly can.

The media could not be loaded. Used this on a fuel injected Harley Sportster 883. Bike sat 4 years, owner said it would start but only run briefly. Gas tank had rust, water, varnish and a nasty, obliterated fuel pump. Waiting on a complete replacement pump from QFS, but in the meantime the injectors needed an inspection/cleaning. Glad I found this product. Backflush blew out some dirt (granules amounting to about 1/8 of a grain of rice for each injector). Front flush showed normal spray pattern. Pressurizing injectors showed zero leakage.Be VERY careful what cleaner you use. Tried some carb cleaner that disintegrated the o-ring for the tank to outlet hose connection. THEN I read that cleaner was for unpainted metal, duh. So glad I didn't use that on the injectors, as the o-rings are not cheap (and I don't know what other parts internal to the injectors might've been ruined).
