Lovely looking product. Arrived fast. Easy to install, just had to add some sticky fabric pads behind to stop it rocking.Perhaps it's the placement but the cat seems to prefer everything else to scratch on, even with guidance.Either way the product is great. We added a lure to encourage use but still not really interested 🤦‍♀️🤣Hand pic for size ref.

This is such a beautiful and good quality product. Goodbye ugly scratchers. I am now ordering another one for our bedroom.

Looks good, but cat doesn’t like the texture, it’s too hard

At this price you’d assume you’re getting a high quality item. Unfortunately, the truth is, it looks nice in the pictures and when you take it out of the box, but it’s all downhill from there.My 2 cats didn’t take to it. Eventually 1 used it on the rarest of occasion. After just a few scratches, it’s come apart. Not so pretty any more.Save your money – find something better.

Not worth the money, awful quality! The price is high because it looks aesthetic not because of the quality. The sisal rope is stapled to the wooden board and it frayed within less than a week. I now have to return the item and fill the holes in my wall and repaint. Not ordering again, very bad customer experience. Tried to contact the seller via instagram and never got a response.

Looks well made item with everything you need. Unfortunately I don't think the materials used are very appealing to our cats so despite best attempts they haven't used it. But it's so hard to predict this with cats - that's why we love them, right? Hmmm...
