This coffee is a medium strength flavor. It is nice when you want a change. We like flavored coffees but this is not in any way like a Starbucks caramel macchiato! At home we drink this as just black coffee, no additional flavoring.

This has no favor other than coffee, it a medium tasting coffee which is okay - but there isn't even a hint of Carmel. I counted the items in the box, it was one short- it had 79, not 80, that's not a big deal I guess.
