Purchased this because it is sugar-free but still quite sweet - and ideal for all of us not just my husband with Type 2 Diabetes.Its versatility encouraged me to experiment with it is used; for example, it for our US style pancakes, French Toast, as a sweetener for an Americano, and as a tasty topping with pecans or walnuts for Ice Cream!
