Great collagen powder, it's helped with some muscle problems I've had. I started taking this and I've really had no more bother.It also makes my nails grow fairly quickly and since I've been taking it my skin has felt very soft with a bit of a glow about it. I really like it.

Ok so my main problem with this product is that I need to take 4 tablets a day and they are quite large and hard to swallow. So I have now started to cut the tablets and pour the white powder in my green juice in the mornings.I think yes my skin is looking well. I’ve been two weeks now and I think there is a difference.In the future I will buy the powder of this brand.
