Fantastic Book! I would highly recommend!!
I would highly recommend this book if you recently (or soon will) received a large sum of money. Before making any large purchases, you need to read this book first! Too often we hear about lottery winners that are broke in less than 10 years. This book will help you create generational wealth!

Important information, but missing the very thing I needed.
The problem with most of the sites that give advice on keeping lottery winnings private, is that they mostly assume we're talking about the larger multi-state lotteries.Sudden Wealth Solution does mention some of the smaller lotteries, but not in the specific way that I need.We don't play the larger lotteries. We travel to a nearby state that allows you to use a trust, every two and a half months to purchase advance tickets. We play one of those Win for Life lotteries, as well as one of the progressive lotteries that usually don't grow past 5-6 million. We don't want to take a Lump Sum.There's no mention of attorney fees in the book, so I have no idea if the profit margin is worth it for them, for smaller lottery winners, who want the annual option. We would like maximum privacy if possible, meaning a double Trust. But would an attorney help set that up, if they had to take their fees from a mere 120 grand a year? These specific questions aren't addressed. And I'm not sure how to approach an attorney with these questions, since we've never won and probably never will. Our purpose is to just be prepared right away, if it ever happened. Also, all of the advice says to sign the ticket. But should you actually sign it, as opposed to taking a picture with it amid some family witnesses, so that the trustee can sign it, but it would still belong to you?I read through the lottery chapter, and skimmed through some of the rest, but these questions remain unanswered. - As they have been, for the past year or so.Even if the book said, "If you have questions, whether or not you have a winning ticket, call this attorney (999)999-9999 for a phone consultation. Their fees are reasonable, and they are always happy to help.", that would at least point us in a hopeful direction. There's nothing wrong with Sudden Wealth Solution. It obviously answer the most important questions you might have. But it's missing ours.

If you are someone in the situation of inherited wealth this is a must read
This book is written from the standpoint that it applies to anyone who is suddenly "wealthy". You may find yourself questioning this or that or having a hard saying no. You may have a bad relationship with your inheritance due to bad circumstances or not feeling you earned it. Either way, this book is great as long as you take it to heart. There is a lot of really good psychology in it. Well written in that it's simple to follow too.

Good advice
I wish I had the kind of wealth that some of the folks in the case histories received. Because of my limited income, I felt overwhelmed by a relatively tiny inheritance. This book helped me maintain a realistic and common sense attitude and provided me with some new skills. I now know how to look for the expert advice I need. I'm looking forward to a more secure existence, thanks to my generous family member and the advice in this book.

Just what I was looking for
Thorough and well written, Pagliarini walks the reader step by step through all of the highs and lows of experiencing sudden wealth. Some of the links provided are outdated or missing, but the information provided here is invaluable and just what I was looking for. I'd recommend the book to anyone who finds themselves in this wonderful and stressful situation.

A refreshing read with crucial advice not often covered in personal finance books!
A refreshing read with crucial advice not often covered in personal finance books! When you experience a “sudden wealth” event and your finances change overnight, what do you do? Even a small inheritance can radically improve your financial life – how do you avoid blowing your new fortune? Why do so many lottery winners go broke, and how can you steer clear of this? These are some of the many questions answered in this book.I read a lot of books on personal finance (to keep my own finances in check), and not often do I find myself so engaged during my read. Not only does this book offer a step-by-step roadmap to preserving new wealth (in 12 clever principles), it’s also filled with personal anecdotes by the author, the psychological factors that influence our financial behaviors (why do we save and spend like we do?) and valuable resources that everyday people can turn to.Overnight your finances can change, and this book breaks down the many different scenarios and steps you can take to ensure that you protect your finances for your future and your loved ones. Even a small windfall can make a big difference if you manage your money right, and this book is a great starting point for financial help and guidance.Learning how to manage “sudden wealth” (or any amount of money), shouldn’t feel like a chore, and this book is an enjoyable read to get started!

Very sage advice – nothing left uncovered...
As they say in the Girl Guides, 'Be Prepared!'Even if you don't have your sudden wealth (yet), this is a fantastic read for anyone, even if you don't normally read financial books. And, if you do come into an unexpected windfall, you'll be prepared, and less likely to let it fall through your fingers.

Valuable information
The price of the book was a little bit too high for my tastes, but the information contained inside is worth the price paid. I would not pay more than that for a book this size again.

An extremely worthwhile tool
Excellent. Everything it was cracked up to be, with open leads to further professional help. Not unnaturally, being written by an American, it was US-centric but that didn't detract from its usefulness.
