Love this pan - perfect 🥰
I love this skillet. 98% on point from me* it doesn't burn food, but can get things crispy if that's what you want - like with fried potatoes.* no need for lots of butter or oil to keep the food able to slide along without getting stuck to the bottom - nothing sticks 😀* cleanup is a breeze - so far, nothing has stuck to any part of the pan - not potatoes, not eggs, not cheese, not grilled buns or bread... so nice and easy cleaning - I haven't had to use much pressure to clean it* easy transference from stove to oven to plate* height of sides is such that you can't flip items (it's sides are too vertical instead of lower horizontal) you have to use a spatula or other turning device, but it makes up for that one issue in that it cooks so evenly across the skillet**** the only issue really, thst needs addressed is that the lid has a handle that is just metal... I'm sure it because thst allows the pan to go in the oven at higher temperatures with the lid on it, but it would be nice not to burn.myself from hitting a piece of my hand on that handle and it coming away like I'd been branded from it.... a coating for the lid's handle would be nice... but it's easy enough to deal.with..So overall, this is an excellent buy. I love it. 98%. Only taking off points for the lid getting too hot and the skillet's handle getting too hot too.... everything else is awesome. The height of the sides is more than I expected, but it's such a small thing to deal with its negligible...So far it's very durable, easy to use, pretty... oh, it's just a little heavy for the skillet handle. It's a little hard to keep it even in the air. Trying to turn it one-handed is even harder, but again, those things can be worked around because everything else is do good. But in future, if it could be balanced better, it'd be appreciated.Just the right size for family cooking, or single use if you want some leftovers.

Soooo easy to clean! Even cooking, has a lid!
Love this skillet... took the sting out of having ruined my favorite, THIS is now my favorite! The food just slides off, even water rolls right off making it a breeze to hand-wash and dry. The deeper sides make it more versatile than my old skillet. I LOVE that it comes with a lid, helping my eggs cook softly on top. The only "con" is that the lid handle gets hot, but that's why we have potholder, so it's ok. I highly recommend this skillet. I've used it several times and it's still gorgeous, the bottom glows, the sides, a beautiful dimpled copper. Just a great skillet to cook in! (I don't even miss my old one; this is better!) Enjoy! Hugs!

Non-stick with no PFAS
I love this pan! It cleans up beautifully. It's a little large and I would definitely purchase individual pieces if they were available.

Great induction pan!
I was pleasantly surprised by the performance. We live in our motorhome and have an induction cooktop. I made scrambled eggs using no cooking spray with no sticking!

Still nonstick after time
I’ve had this for a couple months now. The nonstick works great and to this day is still working great. The only issue I have is that is that after a couple uses it bowed really high in the middle. Anything I cook goes around to the edges. I still use it for cooking meals, but for small things like eggs, I can’t use it. All the eggs go to the edges of the pan. You can’t get a round egg for like making a sandwich.

Absolutely not, it’s beyond horrible
Update: I’ve used this pan for a few days now and I absolutely hate it. It’s beyond terrible. This acts like a $10 throw away pan. Please, save your money and buy a nice investment pan like the Always Pan by Our Place or Williams Sonoma. You will be throwing this pan away within a year or less. The material is garbage. It’s absolutely not as advertised. Surface scratches SUPER easy. The handles have sharp edges which is NOT fun when trying to wash it. There’s a very clear warp in the middle. All the food I’ve attempted to cook in this slide to the edges of the pan because of the center hump. I wouldn’t even buy this pan on clearance. It’s a really bad investment. It’s bad enough that I may just pitch it if I’m unable to return it. I went against my better instincts and got this instead of a high quality, last forever pan. Think of it this way, would you rather spend $50/year for crappy, throw away pans (adding up to A LOT of $$)? Or spend $200 on a pan that will last a lifetime?Original review: Just got this pan today and just used it… I’m torn because honestly it feels very, very cheap to me. It’s not a heavy pan, and I love heavier pans because they make multitasking in the kitchen easier. I can stir something with one hand and not have to stand there and hold the pan while I’m stirring. This pan you absolutely need to hold. Not a deal breaker. The hammered part is pretty, but the aluminum helper handle and lid handle could have been done a lot better. They remind me of something on camping cookware. As far as non stick, this pan definitely has it. It’s super slick. Took like 2 seconds to wash. Literally nothing stuck to this pan. If you’re cooking eggs with no oil/no butter, I’d highly suggest you cook them low and slow or they will stick (as other reviews have complained about). Metal utensils, even though this advertises metal utensils, I’d only use them in an emergency. I always stick to wood and nylon utensils. Trust me, it will keep your pans nicer for longer. And that’s my two cents on this pan :)
