Very Study
Very happy with these. Started with a 9' run and bought another 6'6" one after installation of the first. Easily supports the weight of a pair of custom-built closet doors framed with 2x6 lumber. Doors themselves look obnoxiously large but they span two separate closets... the point is, despite my lack of interior design creativity, they can take the weight (Just catch a stud or reinforce in the front or back & don't even think of relaying on the drywall insert anchors... they suck for everything). Straight forward installation & quality materials. They've been installed for months with zero issues.

Overall product works well. Had a few minor issues
I reached out to the company and they provided a small refund for the issues I ran into. Overall, I really like the sleek design and the sturdiness of this product, but here were a few items that were difficult for me:1.) The instructions weren't really written in an appropriate order (the floor guides need to be measured and installed before hanging the doors. Otherwise, it's hard to get them in with the doors in the way. I told this to the company and they said they'd revise the instructions for the future.2.) A few of the hardware pieces (screws) weren't super high quality. I ended up using a few of my own (the company offered to replace them).Overall, I really like the final product, but just wish these two items above were taken care of.

Flawed Design but a Premium Customer Service
The hardware works, however the outside door does not hang vertically, but inclined due to its weight. The design of the system is flawed since it cannot prevent the outside door from hanging off-the-vertical line. I need to constantly keep separating the outside door from touching the inside door. Next time I would buy a two-rail system where each door hangs separately and fully vertical.UPDATE: After I wrote the review, the manufacturer (ZEKOO) contacted me to resolve my complain. We exchanged several messages and pictures and they tried their best to fix the tilting door. The problem was that the door needs to be *always* in contact with the floor guide to prevent the tilting. I couldn't do that because the opening was much larger than the door width (that is why I needed 2 doors), and I didn't want to have floor guides in the middle of the opening, to avoid tripping hazards. At the end, ZEKOO reimbursed me with $40 which I found very kind and professional. So, even though there was no solution for the tilting door (unless I install the floor guides in the middle of the opening), the company showed excellent, I would say premium, customer service which is always welcome. I give them 5 star and will buy again from them for my next barn door project.

On a long tract with heavy doors not the best
This was a great price but my contractor had issues installing it. This May have been his work but the weight of the doors brought one side down slightly so that the two ends of the tract don’t exactly line up. This tract has to butt join. I have another door where the track joins like a jigsaw puzzle piece. You get a consistent join no gaps. Also due to the overlap there’s a big space at the top of the door. Not sure how one would fix that. I installed this for the aesthetic value so I am disappointed in the look
