Do not waste you money
Do not use this for a full 6 gallon carboy. I had my doubts when I saw it but figured I would give it a try. Same story I just read in a previous review. I attached it and attempted to move the full carboy maybe 10 feet. It slipped off and wine everywhere. Do not waste you money.

Waste of money and wine.
Piece of junk. Carried a 6 gallon better bottle no more than 20 feet in a suitcase fashion while being bunged, bottle popped off the handle dumping the contents on the floor. Not only did I waste the money on the purchase, I lost about 2 gallons which ruined the kit and made one great big mess. Attempted to contact Better Bottle's customer service and have yet to recieve a reply. Do not trust your wine to this junk, besides if Better Bottle's not willing to stand behind their product and at least respond to the consumer, there's a message here for the consumer - DON'T BUY IT. Consider yourself warned.

If you have one of the hard PET stoppers in ...
If you have one of the hard PET stoppers in the bottle while full, then the handle works okay... but if you carry the bottle full with only a soft/rubber bung in place, then it's going to slip out of the handle.

Waste of Money
Better Bottle's own website says this item is appropriate for moving a filled carboy in a "suitcase fashion". I guess I should have heeded the warning here to support it from the bottle, since the first time I tried to move one of my carboys, the handle disengaged, dropping the carboy on the floor and leading to a big mess.I can't see how this item is helpful at all if I still have to carry my full carboys the same way as before, at chest height with a hand underneath.
