MAYBELLINE - Master Precise Skinny Gel Pencil #210 Defining Black - 0.0035 oz. (100 mg)

I was really impressed when I used this eyeliner for the first time — the colour was rich, the texture smooth, and it had great staying power. However, after that first use, it’s been a disappointment. I’ve tried multiple times, but twisting it up is very difficult, and sometimes it doesn’t come up at all. Even when it does, the tip breaks off easily, and surprisingly, there’s often little to no colour payoff.I really wanted to like this product and keep using it, but the way it’s going, it’s just not usable anymore.

Like very much will buy again

this is the 2nd time I've received the eyeliner from this supplier where the product is dry and crumbles while I attempt to put it on. Either supplier has very poor quality and inventory standards or the product itself has been reformulated and not what is use to be. I won't be buying nor recommending it until that changes for the better.

The product was not in the usual packaging. The pencil will not extend when the pencil is twisted.
