Outstanding read. If you are wanting to learn how to give good feedback to employees and not really know how, then please read this book and it will help out greatly.

Quick read. Great information. Not groundbeaking, but worth the time.

This is a great book with time tested advice for leaders on how to handle difficult conversations. BUT…the old version of this book (with the orange cover) has a better layout and is easier to read. Not sure why they redid this. Either way it’s good but the orange one is better.

This is more a training guide than a book. It's written very clearly and concisely, and I'm excited to distill training materials from it. I rate it five stars for content, but be mindful of the price you pay for it.
