I love this product I get migraines daily and was trying to find a more natural solution other then popping pain meds everyday. This has helped so much. If I feel a migraine coming on I rub this on my temples and the base of my head on my neck; it either will stop the migraine from happening or make it severely less painful. Highly recommend!

I don't know if it actually really gets rid of headaches, but it's nice for when your sinuses are clogged. It's not a super strong scent- it's minty, but not obnoxious. It feels cool when you roll it on your temples. I'm not much of an "essential oil" person in general, but this is nice in combination with other relief methods. I have somewhat sensitive skin, and this doesn't irritate it.

I suffer from headaches and migraines, I would say the smell helps after sniffing for a couple minutes.

In our experience this essential oil stick did give a little comfort and cooling, and felt really good to rub on the forehead, but did not give relief of the headache.

Works amazing, I and multiple people I know that get migraines that I have given it to all stress this is awesome and amazing how great and fast it works

MIGRelief works well for helping me sleep better. Eliminates the need for taking aspirin, which has always worked in the past, but is hard on the stomach. I highly recommend MIGRelief. Not that expensive, either.
