Excellent Machine, my men love it. Will be ordering another. Compact, 2” capacity, easy to handle.

Unit arrived on time but power switch is defective and will not turn on without holding in on position. Tried to contact seller for replacement switch rather than return entire unit as I need it for a current job. No response for o er 2 weeks .

This tool is light and threads very nice. We use it on residential gas piping

Machine works great. We just unboxed it and found that the handle was damaged during shipping. Can Rothenberger send us the part and we can do the repair?

Way better than ridgid, very happy with it. I am professional plumber, i used all kins of machiness, and this one is best for money and quality.

Handle was broken on the pipe cutter / and the oil shield on the machine was cracked upon delivery ( very cheaply built machine )

Bait and Switch! Why is a table photographed and described in the listing if they are not going to include it. Buyer beware. This does not come with the table. We were very disappointed to learn this.

I went through a great deal of headage to get this in my procession. Mine was shipped from the States & it was my responsibilities to deal with canadian custom & import fee. This is the reason I try to avoid by buying from Canadian online retailers. So I would give 1 star for the overall experience & extra expenditure. 4 star for machine itself - very compact, light weight & reasonable priced compare to the ridgid family. The remaining star is for durability which time will tell.
