Why would you damage a product and then ship it to me? Doesn’t make sense does it? Here’s what you did. It would appear, management directed an individual to wrap the adhesive-backed barcode around the bar itself. The adhesive adhered to the rubber, making it impossible to remove the barcode without damaging the rubber encasing the bar. I now have a brand new weighted bodybar, with torn rubber, and sporting a barcode. Surely, someone should have known that barcodes are meant to be removed WITHOUT damaging the product.

I like this bar. It’s padded and weighted just as described. Mine arrived damaged inside a box hat was not damaged which is irritating because you know someone saw it and packed it anyway. I’m exchanging it for another

My gym has these bars and I love using them when they're available. With that said, I had some time to decide what was the ideal weight for what I like to do, and practice a bit before committing to a purchase. This one is almost exactly like the one at the gym, so I'm happy. Other reviews mentioned not liking certain aspects of the bar and its a bit of an investment if you end up not liking the size or weight or squishy texture (all things I love). I got the 9lb and its perfect to go over my shoulders for lunges, for repetitive arm lifts, or holding for ab exercises. Only problem was that the company put a sticker on the squishy foam and when I took the sticker off, it took the top of the foam off. Not a problem with a bar, but a real thoughtless move by whoever puts those stickers on.

THIN bar. Good if you have very small hands. The rubber on it smelled to high heaven when taken out of the package. The smell will probably take months to dissipate completely. Other than that...it's okay. I prefer the Body Bar.....but they don't make that in 4 lbs.

I admit that I still work out to 90s "The Firm" VHS tapes. After my 7lb "sculpting stick" broke during a move, I searched high and low for a replacement. This 9 lb one is a little heavier but is just the right height for helping me balance on my "fanny lifter".

I wish they made these products with a more durable foam. One wrong move and the foam tears. Does not look professional for long, as it is suppose to be durable but does not hold up at all.

Absolutely needed this bar. I ordered the 4lbs bar and have been using it mainly for stretching and practicing some movements. It really works because the soft grip and perfect lengths allows for more flexibility and mobility.

It is exactly what it says it is. The foam is comfortable to hold, it a long enough for a guy with flexibility problems to use as a stretching stick.
