Perfect addition to pancake mix
Perfect...I was trying to reproduce the flavor of pancake breakfast I had as a child...the mix had corn flour in it. back then. It worked very well. Then, when I added a little malted milk powder, it went above and beyond my childhood memory...highly satisfied. Just remember to as a little extra baking soda or baking powder to the pancake mixture.

Corn Flour Better For You
I bought this corn flour because I was told it's more healthy for you then wheat flour. I sure made some nice chicken!

Tasty and great for cooking
This arrived sealed up and the flour is quite flavorful, with a good texture for polenta and chili and pancakes. Upon opening, the package doesn't seal back together very well, I ended up using a binder clip and slipping the whole thing into a larger zip-lock bag. I keep the flour in the freezer for freshness, corn products hold up better this way.

Use it in place of flour and it tastes better on fish and chicken

Lovely texture, not grainy.
I love the corn flour. When I make corn bread I mix equal amounts of flour and meal. It makes for a less gritty more cake like texture. Bob's is nice because they have organic corn flour and meal.

Just what I needed
Definitely what I was looking for! A recipe called for corn flour and all the stores here in Texas have corn flour for tortillas, but not for baking. If you’re ever wanting your cookies to be soft and chewy in the middle yet crunchy and crispy on the outside, add 1/2 teaspoon to 1 teaspoon to your recipe with the dry ingredients. I plan to buy again from this seller when I end up running out.
