How does it do in windy conditions?

I was in my tent during a windy thunderstorm. I was somewhat protected by the trees. It was fine. I have not been in an open, high wind situation. This tent is great for one, maybe two (with no items inside the tent). I use it just for me and love it.

Would like to know the total weight for backpacking which for me would include (aluminum poles & bag, inner tent, pegs & bag, fly, carry bag)?
