I love this set. I had never seen this before. While looking for a cookie to make for our family's annual Christmas Cookie Bake gathering, I thought I would try making a Linzer cookie, thus began the search for a Linzer cookie cutter. I found this set and it is perfect. It comes with easy instructions on how to use the cookie cutter and a recipe for the cookies which, by the way, makes a perfect Linzer cookie (just ask my family and friends where I work, as I brought them to work too). I have made them a few years now and the cutters are still sharp to cut through the dough and there has been no rusting. They wash up easily as well. I would say this is the kit for you if you are interested in making a Linzer cookie. Don't forget to buy a cute little powdered sugar shaker for the cookie.

This Cutter worked well! I love the different shapes for the cut out, and it is easy to swap them out. I made some gluten free and some regular Linzer dough, and it worked great for both of them.

A local bakery made the most incredible Linzer cookies, and each holiday season I bought them for gifting, (and of course for my own enjoyment). But, the bakery went out of business last Fall. Ouch! I like to bake, and so I decided to make them myself by improvising with my own metal round cookie cutters. While they tasted good, they didn't look too classy. I found these Linzer cookie cutters on Amazon, and I've been very pleased with the results! There is a slight learning curve, i.e. they release better when the dough is kept chilled before rolling, and the cutters (especially the little ones for the holes) have a thin layer of non-stick spray applied. I used a small piece of paper towel to apply the spray. That will avoid having to use a lot of pressure to release the cookie rounds, and the cut-outs. It also makes them easier to clean. Contrary to some other reviews, I did not have any breakage or warping of the cutters. I made three dozen, and they came out great! I'll be doing another batch for Valentine's Day! Sorry; no pictures! They disappeared before I even thought of it!

The cutters are alright, but i tend to use them separate since the mechanism itself is cheap and not functional

These were great! Really good size, variety of shapes, and so easy to use. I wanted to try making linzer cookies for a long time and finally decided to for Valentine’s Day. A few tips - I made the dough off an online recipe and took time to make sure the dough was chilled and rolled out evenly (I literally measured 1/4” with a ruler). I used non stick spray on the cookie cutter to make sure the little shape and big circle was easier to get out. Other reviews said it was cheap and fell apart, and it did not do that for me at all. It’s definitely a little fragile, if you messed with it too much it would break like anything else but when used properly it was great! The shape inserted into the circle made it so quick and easy, and then you can push the cookie out of the cutter which helped keep the scalloped edge nice and even. Again, use nonstick spray on the cutter to help with the center shape removal. If you take the time to do all of the above, your cookies will turn out great, too. It’s a good price and I was pleasantly surprised. Would definitely recommend!!

Bon rapport qualité -Prix ! Produit venu des USA avec envoi gratuit, de plus. Je l'ai pas mal utilisé moi-même mais je ne laisserai pas mes enfants l'utiliser tous seuls. La fixation pour fixer la pièce intérieure (coeur, étoile etc) consiste en 2 languettes plastiques... on verra si ça tiendra le coup les prochaines années ! Sinon, les biscuits sont plutôt très réussis ! Merci. Update : Après 10 ans d'utilisation occasionnelle,...l'emporte-pièces vient de me lâcher. Je pense que de petites soudures ont cassé, et le tout s'est disloqué. Toutefois, les languettes plastiques ont bien tenu. Les pièces sont encore utilisables, mais...séparément. Je trouve qu'il a bien servi !

Bellissimo stampino per biscotti con 3 diverse forme interne. Ci ho fatto i biscotti di Natale e sono venuti benissimo. Taglia con precisione ed è facile da pulire nonostante la forma. Wilton è sempre una garanzia. Spedizione nei tempi previsti.
