Laing E10 Spa Circulating Pump 3/4"Barb Fittings, 230V, E10-NSHNDNN2W-07

We’ve had our spa for 17 years. I’ve replaced the recirc pump at least 7 times. This pump was the most economical and Amazon shipped it quickly. In fact I received it a day earlier than expected.Installation was uneventful and on power up worked great. Very quiet! I recommend this pump for your spa. Hoping to get a few years out of it.(Found out from a pump repair store that these pumps are “throwaways!”)

The pump was the right manufacture, but was the wrong model

Quick and ready install though slightly different from the original so I had to tweak the (existing) mount as well as remove the plug to make the connections. I also replaced the Flo Switch while I was at it. While all other specs match up it draws only 65 watts as opposed to 75 watts on original so hopefully a little less on the electric bill. No FLO warning and working like a champ. On a very positive note it arrived in three days as opposed to the 5 it estimated. Price was reasonable but there may be less expensive units available though I always seem to regret wading into ebay waters.

I installed this in place of the exact same pump (same part number, but labeling and branding was considerably different). I spent well over an hour troubleshooting and confirming that the new pump is what's failed, even connected it directly to the 240v feed. Removed the pump and found that the pump motor windings are open circuit.

Not an exact match for me but I knew that going in. Has been working perfectly for almost a year now. best price I could find one for.

Product was installed in hot tub and failed after three months. Cannot find a way to return it.Amazon has s return policy that covers 30 days. Laing (manufacturer) has a year warranty butdoesn't deal with the public directly....so how do I get a refund? Guess I don't.
