I’ve not had this unit for long but so far I can say it arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged, no scratches or dents and with all the bolts, casters and handle included.The lock works very well and the drawers are nice and smooth to open/close. Each of drawers come with a protective liner so you don’t scratch the finish with tools etc so easily and will ‘deaden’ the rattles a bit when moving it in its caster. I’ve seen a few negative comments about this product but as far as I’m concerned it’s very well made, finished nicely and should I need another one I’d buy this again in a flash.I’m very happy with my purchase, great value for money.

Robust and well put together, simple assembly, decent value

Overall a good product for the money. However I ordered two of these, one arrived in perfect condition, the other however was damaged having been dropped on its corner during transit, had to bend base to attach wheel in that corner, but then found the bottom drawer was broken and unusable. DURHAND were very good and immediately replaced item. However I happened to look out the window when replacement was being delivered and noticed the delivery driver drop the box from van floor onto the roadway! On inspection the toolbox was slightly damaged again on the corner but was usable! MESSAGE TO DURHAND, CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY!!

Excellent tool chest. Great space for all my tools (Bought two for my workshop)

I must admit I was very sceptical about this item but I’m delighted.I live in the very north of Scotland and after reading some of the reviews about it arriving damaged and broken I was looking through my fingers when it was delivered today. (Just three days delivery, fantastic)It arrived in perfect order as you can see in a strong cardboard box and plenty of packing.No dings and no broken runners.I wont be using the wheels or handle as I’m using it as a top unit (see photo)Just perfect and economical too, thank you.

This was damaged in 3 places, the packaging was intact, so it's obviously left the dealer in this damaged state. I cannot take it to be returned as I am severely disabled. I wrote to the seller but doesn't want to answer. A waste of £117

Ok so it’s not that expensive, however, it arrived with a damaged top rear corner and a broken draw, ball bearing race x2 fell out and now one of the drawer pulls straight out. Drawers are lined but small, so not good for bulkier tooling. Only had to put the wheels and handle on, all fitted very easily. So, basically a light weight thin metal roll cab, for small tools and light items.
