Works perfectly for my Lenovo B50-70 Laptop
The battery in my Lenovo B50-70 dropped dead just like that last weekend. Lenovo no longer carries the battery for my B50-70. At first I was afraid no one would carry it. Finally I found this one on Amazon. The description specifically says it works with the Lenovo B50-70 and it DOES. I've had it for three days, ran it through all the tests and it is fine - it consistently regesters 65% charged just like the original battery which lasted 9 years before it suddenly up and died. I set it on 65% to prolong the battery. I love this new battery and it is cheap.

Second time it works.
The first time I received the battery would not charge in the laptop. This is a lithium Ion battery and if it is allowed to discharge below a certain level, it won't take a charge. You may notice lithium Ion drill stop working suddenly as it a switch was turned off. There's a battery circuit that does disconnect when a minimum voltage level is reached in the battery to prevent it from dropping below critical. If these batteries are left on the shelf too long they may discharge below that level (internal resistance). So, the only feasible way out is to return it and get another. Don't blame the distributor... it happens. The second worked just fine. Amazon customer service it a good thing.

QC is a bit loose
The batteries charged fine, getting a little over three hours of life in my laptop. However, one battery wouldn't seat properly and would disconnect, making the laptop instantly shut off. I was able to scavenge an old dead battery for its case, which fixed this issue.You get what you pay for. This'll do in a pinch, but spend a little more money on a version with better tolerances if you can.

Charge stuck at 82%. Works great otherwise!
Battery came packaged carefully to avoid damage. Works and lasts a long time. However, it only charges to about 82%. I've been trying to fix it through computer settings, but nothing seems to be working. 4 stars for now, but if I can fix it, I will change this to 5 stars.

Not good
Very bad battery. Less than a week and the battery can only charge up to 59%.
