Is the CoQ10 Ubiquinol or Ubiquinone?

Ubiquinol is the active form of CoQ10 and is the preferred form for older adults. Although ubiquinone is cheaper, it must first be converted to Ubiquinol before it can be used by the body. In older adults, this conversion becomes less efficient making ubiquinol a better choice for 50+ adults.

I have trouble swallowing large pills (like Cnetrums, etc), what's size and coating of these?

They are a mid size vitamin with a smooth coating. The size and coating are not listed on the bottle. These go down pretty easy.

What is the difference between this "50 ad Wiser" brand and the regular "Men's" brand? Can someone over 50 safely take the regular brand?

Look at the labels and you will see that the only difference between the 50+ and regular is that 50+ has 30mg more of Vit D (50 mg vs 20 mg) and 24 mg less of the Raw Organic Fruit & Veg blend (546mg vs 560mg). That is the ONLY difference. It is basically marketing - small differences so they can make and market a separate product. Other brands usually up the Vit E & B for the 50+

Does anybody know if any ingredients come from china?

“Made in the USA” does not translate to all or any components sourced from the USA in any language. Unfortunately, although desirable, most nutritional compounds or derivatives do indeed come from China. Knowing how desirable US sources are in general, I can’t imagine any manufacturer of nutritional supplements failing to mention ( in large text) that their nutritional supplements are entirely sourced in the US.
