I love that is doesn't have any magnesium stearate or other crap additives. It helps me fall asleep and my husband got rid of leg cramps. Not all magnesium capsules are the same. This one works very well.

I can’t remember how many times we’ve bought these, but they’re the best. We’ve tried two other brands, and we were not satisfied. Definitely get them if you’re looking for good quality, magnesium glycinate at a good price!

I switched to this brand of Magnesium glycinate because there’s nothing else in their capsules, just pure magnesium glycinate. I am so happy to have found a clean Magnesium supplement, and this one works great!Each capsule has 100mg of elemental magnesium so I tend to just take 1-2 a night and that works for me. I like that their facility is NSF certified as well, I will be a customer for many years.

They work but you have to take several (3 or4). Wish they were more potent so we don't have to take so many pills.

I bought it last year after researching all the options out there and landing on this for the potency/pricing combo, because magnesium is the one supplement that requires more capsules than almost all others.Relying on my previous research I just bought 3 more bottles, only to find out they reduced the potency and now you've to take more pills to reach the daily goal, and therefore it's actually also more expensive per dose. 😒🤡👎

I’ve been using this product for months now and I definitely notice a difference in my quality of sleep. This form of magnesium is the best. I usually take two pills which gives me 200mg and it works very well for me and another benefit of this product is that there is no fillers!
