Incredible machine for the money.
I have owned a Tassimo Joy for around 5 years, I tend to buy L’Or espresso capsules as they have a bold flavour and have varying strengths, but for the days I need an extra kick I may only have mid-level capsules, so I would have a double.Step in the Tassimo My Way, an incredibly easy machine to use, now I get to have not only a stronger coffee, but I can choose a shorter or longer coffee too, all from the same pod. I currently only have L’Or Delizioso, but it turns out a lovely strong coffee. As for other drinks, my wife has Caramel Latte Macchiato, the biggest benefit she finds in this machine is the ability to change the temperature of her drink, if she is taking one to work she will have it hotter, if she is drinking one in the house she will have it slightly cooler. You will get a coffee exactly as you want it, the only downside is there are so many variables when it comes to 2 capsule drinks it may take a few tries, but they all come out amazingly, so it’s no chore. As for ease of use, my 3 year old can use it, I also have my 67 year old, very useless with tech father here for lockdown, even he has found it easy, you just touch what you want to change, for example if you want a stronger coffee press 3 beans, want it shorter press the small coffee. Then when you’ve got your perfect cup just hold a number and it’s saved for you.I cannot comment on cleaning yet as I’ve not needed to, a standard clean is simply using the orange disc, but the biggest clean you’ll ever need with one of these machines is if you pierce the disc incorrectly (usually by not paying attention and using a lot of force) this happened twice with my old machine, coffee and grounds get everywhere inside the disc holder, the Joy was a nightmare, you couldn’t get into the nooks and crannies, whereas this machine seems to open wider, with easier access to the barcode reader.Setup is very easy, you’ll be getting amazing Brita Filtered coffees in minutes, the large capacity tank means you’ll have to fill less than others, the one issue I found with the Joy is that the tank had to be tilted back, then pulled out, so if it were close to a wall you’d have to move the machine just to fill the tank, the My Way has a lift off tank which is idiot-proof. Also loading the tank back in feels far less worrying than the joy, the lid is on the tank itself, whereas the Joy used the machine itself to cover the tank, so when it’s brimmed I would often spill a little when tilting it back in.

Great coffee machine
It arrived a day earlier than originally estimated so I'm not complaining. It's easy to use, makes great coffee and I use it quite often (though I've only had it for a week now).I bought a reusable pod so I can use my own coffee blend and it's just perfect. It is a little bit loud but I doubt there's a coffee machine that's absolutely silent and basides the level of noise shouldn't really bother anyone that much as it only lasts, what 1 minute, if that, to make a coffee. It's definitely worth every penny in my opinion. The great thing as well is that you can adjust the temperature of the drink so if you want it hotter than your normal hot, it does it but don't expect "hell" level hot, even if this machine is good, it's not a pro-level machine. You can also save up to 4 ways you want to make a coffee as well as how strong you want it and it is all touch screen so it's bound to do what you need it to do.The instructions are so basic, literally just pictures so again, you genuinely can't go wrong with how to use it or how to clean it. :)Either way, 5 stars from me.

Best machine I’ve had
Amazing coffee machine, love that we can tailor it to our taste, husband prefers a stronger coffee and all saved so we just press a button and it set to our taste, fitted perfect in the gap, easy to use!

Looks Great And Is Working Well So Far
Looks very nice indeed. I love the colour scheme (I have the red one) and overall look of this. The water tank is a decent size, compared to other Tassimo machines, and it is fairly straightforward to use.The drip tray come out when making lattés, and slides in again with no trouble. There are also two other slots for it, dependant on what size cup/mug you are using. I find it a wee bit fiddly to put the tray into the slots, but maybe I will improve with practice. I'm not counting this as a negative as it all works fine with the drip-tray on the bottom. There is not on/off switch. Plug it in and open the pod compartment and it comes on.There is a process to go through to set it up and install the Britta filter that comes with it. The usual faffing around, but not too bad (I suppose - I'm a man!)There are options on the front to choose strength and cup size. I'm not certain this makes much of a difference. I'm wondering how using the same pod, the machine can 'brew' the coffee stronger or weaker. I'm also not entirely certain that the different cup size settings make any difference. I've tried a few combinations thereof, and - well, I'm not yet convinced. There are four programme 'buttons' that can be chosen for different settings - e.g. you can choose your preferred number of coffee beans (strength) and a cup size, then long press one of the 1-4 buttons. From now on your just choose that if it isn't the default setting for your pod.The machine reads the bar-code and automatically chooses the strength and cup size. you can press the 'leaf' button (that's what I think it looks like) and away you go. Or, you can adjust the cup and strength then press go.Overall, this is a great machine. I may be convinced that the different settings make a significant difference, but at the moment I'm on the fence. It's not too noisy. Much the same as the Tassimo Suny machine I had previously. Finally, It's a shame that the red water light doesn't come on when you put the pod in, if there is not enough water in the tank for that pod. That would be very helpful. Instead of - as happened to me the other day - having an espresso even although I had put in a Morning Coffee pod, as there was not enough water left. The light came on after the machine had brewed the coffee. So, it's nice, looks good, works well. A couple of things I'm not entirely happy with (hence the one star off); but I'd recommend it.

Super quick, lots of choice of drinks
This has changed my life! You can make delicious hot drinks to whatever temperature you choose in seconds. No clean up, just fill the water tank. Amazon is best supplier for tabs as they are reasonably priced and come very quickly. Friends and family all ask for drinks using the Tassimo.
