Tame & Frame Eyebrow Pomade, Brunette

This was my first time trying out a pomade brow product after experimenting with pencils and gels. This product blows everything else I have tried out of the water. In particular, I love that its versatile enough to be used both on a day-to-day basis and for a bold night-out/stage look without needing help from other brow products. The consistency of the pomade is very user-friendly and it blends seamlessly, but stays put (even on oily skin!) once it has set. Also, there is so much product in the pot that I cannot imagine needing to repurchase for at least 6 months, and the price is near-unbeatable. NYX's "Black" shade for brow products is that ideal neutral brown-black that is perfect for matching black hair without ever looking too warm, gray, or obnoxiously black.

This brow pomade is an almost exact dup. of the famed Anastasia brand. The quality is on point. The price is beyond great. I have platinum-almost-white hair and with a light hand, the color comes out very natural for anyone who has my color to light, light-med brown hair. With a heavier touch, the color is great for a day look for darker brunettes and night look for others. Just make sure to get an applicator to use (there are plenty to choose from on Amazon) and enjoy. haha Enjoy paying less than half for the same quality of the fabulous A's brand.

The color and staying power of this eyebrow pomade are fantastic. It lasts all day and gives a bold, defined look. However, I found it a bit tricky to use and never quite got the hang of it. Eventually, I switched to a pencil, which was easier for me. If you’re experienced with pomades, this is a great product, but beginners might prefer something more straightforward.

My brows don’t grow back and without using something it looks like I have two angry commas over my eyes now - wasn’t too sure if this would work - looked too light (once upon a time I was a very dark brunette and my brows are still dark). It works - waxy - so you don’t get too much on the brush skinny little angles brush) and lasts through the day - definately will buy again

I’ve been using this brow pomade for 4 years, but the one I ordered most recently is not the same. The pomade feels dry, not creamy, and doesn’t apply well to the skin. It didn’t work for me, so I switched brands.

this stuff is my holy freaking grail, ok?? screw every other eyeliner in existence. i have eyeliners that costed me $20+ and they don't compare (cough cough, kat von d) i dye my hair black and it's hard to find truly black eyebrow pomades so i use this for my eyebrows as well as liner. holds wonderfully for both, but can crease on your eye. to fix that, i powder underneath (i don't use eyeshadow) and then after i powder again. lasts 8+ hours. if you want even more of a hold, put some liquid eyeliner over it. usually that allows me to draw the shape with this one, get it the way i want, and fill in with liquid which i usually have a harder time creating sharp lines with. for the record, i have oily skin. my forehead gets super oily so usually my eyebrows come off which is very noticeable, because they're blond. they don't with this! draw them on, powder, gel and they're on all day. i don't think i'll ever use anything else for my eyeliner/eyebrows again.

If you're brunette but you highlight your hair, NYX "blonde" may be your perfect eyebrow shade, even if you have darker roots on your head. "Blonde" is more light brown than true blonde. Bought several eyebrow products that were too dark - looked painted-on - before finding this great color match. Is easy to apply, blends well but doesn't easily smudge. Lasts and is easy to remove with makeup remover. Have used NYX products for years. They never disappoint, even with sensitive skin.

I bought this because of all the great reviews. I know there will always be negative ones for whatever reason. But I felt confident. I also bought it because I was looking for a light colored product for my eye brows. The item arrived, no issues until I opened the container. This is not a blond color. It's not gray either. It is GREEN!!!!! Yes, green!!!!! I tried it anyway just in case it changed once applied. It did not. It was super cheap so I wonder if it's old or not selling well. Regardless it went in the trash. Not sure I want to try another color. But heads up if you want the blond....think twice!!!
