If in doubt, size up!
I had trouble with the sizing at first, but once I exchanged for a size up, this product went from seeming cheap to just what I needed! When trying to put on the wrong size, the bustier seemed tricky and the zipper cheap. When I put on the larger one, I had no trouble putting the garment on and adjusting it to sit just where I needed it. Now this bustier is actually helping me to get more milk pumped out and cut down on a lot of the hassle I have associated with pumping over the past 6 weeks. I really wish I didn't wait so long to make the exchange! Now that I'm back to work and pumping more, this item really is SO helpful.

Best thing I ever bought as an Exclusively Pumping mother
For any mother that spends any time double pumping throughout their day this is the best thing ever. I spent 25 minutes 6-7 times a day pumping milk for my son for 8 months and did not get this until I was about 3 or 4 months into it. This saved me so much time and energy, my elbows would hurt from being in the bent position for that much time and when my son would cry I couldn't do anything until I was done. This completely frees your hands so you can read a magazine, call or text message friends and family (the only time I had to do this when my son was that young), attend to your child, etc. Please, do yourself a huge favor and splurge to get this. The sizing is a little big for me. I wear an extra large shirt and I thought I would get a large one and it fit pretty well. It fit better when I washed it. I will use this product for any future children that I choose to EP with.

New Design Less Diverse
I first purchased this to pump for my baby born in November 2016. I loved it, and used the 2 I purchased daily for 12 months. Fast forward to new baby, and the holes had stretched out. They're still usable, but knowing that I would need to use them daily for another full year, I wanted new ones. I have a Spectra pump instead of a Medela this time around, and the holes of this bra have been redesigned. They are smaller; small enough that I could not get the Spectra flange into the opening without cutting about 1/4" into the seam. They are a nicer material & have a top hook that makes it easier to zip up.When ordering, order up at least a size. According to the chart, I'm a solid medium. The Large feels very snug to me. I can't imagine getting a medium zipped.

Essential for frequent pumping!
I ordered this bustier in extra large because it was cheaper for some reason than the other sizes. I just stitched a seam up the back to take it in and make it the proper size. If you can sew, don't be deterred from ordering a size up if it's cheaper for you.My son was a preemie and couldn't nurse for the first month, so this was invaluable as far as convenience. I could double pump while giving him his bottle, which was AWESOME. This may sound crazy, but I could even catch a couple extra winks of sleep by setting the pump and letting my husband give the baby one of his nighttime feeds. I had to pump every 2 hours and was so exhausted...My other son is three years old, and I also used this bustier when I went back to work the last time. It was nice because I could sit and pump while working at the computer and eating a little snack. Also, it keeps you covered enough, that if someone walks in the room, (we don't have a lactation room at my workplace)you don't have to worry about anyone catching an eyeful! The last bustier I had was white and looked really grody after all the months of pumping, even with bleaching and frequent washing. That's why I replaced it with this new black one.I really like the zip up front on this style bustier and the holes for the flanges are better designed than some of the "slit" shaped ones. Hope this is useful. Thanks.

Average product
Got small size after reading reviews, but felt extra small would have been better after using the small. It works as advertised, but the breast shields feel loose when attached. Does not give a secure feeling, although shields have never fallen out and milk has never spilled. It is also awkward that the top of the bustier feels looser than the bottom giving the sensation that it could tip over or open up. Idea is great, but I got a much better and much more comfortable result by taking an old sports bra, cutting out nipple holes and securing the breast shields under the bra. It is extremely expensive for what it is, I could have bought 3 sports bras and converted them with a pair of scissors and gotten a better result for the same price! So I if I had the chance to do it over, I would not buy it; and therefore, cannot recommend it.Ps. A word of advice: if you want to use a sports bra, the tighter the hole you make for the breast shield spouts the better. And for longer use you can sew around the hole to stop it from expanding with numerous uses.

Lets me work / read while pumping
I have been using this product for about 1.5 months now and love it. It is easy to put on and allows me to do other things while pumping and helps the time to pass faster. I followed the size chart and it fits perfectly which I always worry about buying online and not being able to first try-on. I am a 38 D and got the large. If you are worried about fitting I know they sell them in Motherhood, though you may not be allowed to try it on. I use a Medela Pump in Style and the breastshields stay in place the whole time. I have completely filled the bottles that I was pumping into and still didn't have to worry about anything falling off or moving around. You do have to put the breastshields in from the inside first, then zip up the bra, and then attach the other pieces. To remove I "pour" any leftover milk in the flange into the bottle then remove the connectors. I then push a tissue though one flange so that milk doesn't come out while I am removing. I repeat on the other side. It sounds complicated but it takes me seconds and I don't have any spillage. The material is cotton and pretty thick, not flimsy. I haven't tried any others to compare it to, but overall I highly recommend it to anyone that has to pump often.

A must for pumping mothers
If you are double pumping this is going to be very helpful and convenient. The fit matters the most. Should not be too loose or too tight. Should compress the breasts enough to encourage smooth flow of milk. Wife has Been using this since 4 months and is very happy with it.
