This product has changed my life. No night sweats, no hot flashes, no mood swings! YAY!!! I have used it from pre menopause, peri menopause and menopause.

Half star, this is not a good product . it's not the same as one from Daystar. I will never buy again

I too bought this from their website before I saw this on Amazon. This is one of the better choices of similar products. The things I like most about this product is that it works, and they left out the known harmful ingredients like parabens and soy (mimics estrogen) if you are already estrogen dominant. Some products say they are healthy but have ingredients in them known to be bad for your health. It does have a calming affect in my opinion, so I keep that in mind when using.

As described, like how it also makes my face feel when I use it.

My husband and I have been using Pro-HELP for 2 years now as a preventive. I've been post menopausal for 13 years, and I'd like to keep my bones strong. This cream is also good to keep the blood vessels from vibrating which cause strokes and/or heart attacks. It also keeps xeno-estrogens from causing cancer. Amazon's price of $35 is ridiculous! I pay $22 for this exact brand and quantity from Dr. Barbara Hoffman at [...]. Visit her videos on youtube. She's a smart and beautiful woman over 60 -- so that says alot!

I was amazed by this product. Now 47, I was facing all the typical symptoms of peri-menopause. Hair loss, dry skin, etc., and my anxiety was at an all time high. As someone who had previously smiled most of the time, I became depressed and pretty much did not care about anything. I purchased the product not expecting much, but quickly found myself feeling better and symptoms highly reduced. Have just been using a couple of weeks and honestly I am scared to stop - never want to go back to how it was before. I would highly recommend!
