YAMAHA A670 Black. Clean and high efficiency sound with an output power: 130W (65W / channel) delivering strong bass and warm sound in the middle and tweeter. Confirmation of high-end amplifier and simultaneously enablers to provide such precise sound, includes advanced components and gold-plated connectors and speaker terminals. The peculiarity of the Yamaha A-670 stereo amplifier is the integration of digital amplification. Although it is equipped with only one analog input, this amplifier digitizes incoming signals and performs digital modulation PWM amplification. This technology has proven in much more expensive amplifiers, keeps signal distortion at an ultra-low level. Digital signals become very extreme audible sounds of the circuit. The Yamaha A-670 amplifier has tone controls, a subwoofer output and headphone output. It is suitable for compact speakers and small high-sensitivity columns.Built to match the sound quality of Yamaha larger amplifiers but in a much smaller housing measuring only 314mm wide and 342mm deep. Just add the speakers. The Yamaha A670 stereo amplifier has an innate pulse width digital modulation with a very standard circuit configuration that offers both realistic and colorless sound quality and great efficiency.Sound qualityIn a power amplifier, the last stage low pass filter greatly influences the sound quality, so here Yamaha has used a large coil made of OFC wire (copper oxygen free) low loss and low distortion. Amazing bang for buck
Amazing amplifier for the price, not sure Yamaha will keep making this model, but I love it

Stunningly simple
This is a basic audio amplifier. It has a two channel stereo input via a pair of phono sockets. There is a single phono subwoofer output and outputs for a pair of speakers. Control wise there are treble, bass and balance controls on the front along with a volume knob and a headphone jack socket. This was exactly what I wanted as I control my audio inputs through a 5 channel DJ mixer. The sound out of my Yamaha speakers is amazing. Every nuance is present and audible, it really does the job. However there are a couple of minor niggles. It likes to turn itself off when I brush dust and fluff off a stylus (?) and the speaker cables can only be attached to the amp with bare wire ends which can be a bit fiddly. Once it is all set up and running the problems vanish and you can just enjoy the sound. Stunningly simple.

Super little Amp
I use one of these to play music from my computer , output is 65 watt per channel . It only has a single inputSound quality is superb, I play it through to floor standing Cambridge speakers and the amp has an output for a powered Sub Woofer , I use it with a Tibo 100 watt sub . Volume in a normal room is concert level with epic bass if you buy a sub . I have a large leather chair and you can feel the leather vibrating with the bass. Another thing I like about the Amp is it stays cool , other Amps I’ve had got quite warm when using them hard. The Amp will turn itself off if you go too much with the volume , but you can just turn the volume down and turn it back on , other Amps I’ve had would take 30 mins before you could turn them back on . As I using a sub woofer I’ve turned the bass down so the floor standing speakers don’t have to work so hard . For the money probably the best amp you will buy in under £200
