It's weird to do a review for this kind of item, but it really is a lifesaver. I have a sensitive stomach, now as I've gotten older and certain foods and drinks tend to make it unhappy. This is excellent and acts pretty quickly. It's chewable with no taste and easy to take anywhere. It saved me on a road trip a couple of years ago. I keep some in my car and at home and am never be without it.I actually use several Boiron homeopathic products and they are all great.

This is a great calmer of the colon especially for nervous travelers. Easy to take the tabs which dissolve under your tongue. Works great and doesn't slow things down too much.
