This machine is so easy to use,no more fiddling with the cuff trying to get it on properly due to the cuff design.It doesn't pinch your arm like other cuffs do,small,neat machine comes with nylon soft zipped case to carry it in should you need to.Comes with four batteries too in case some are wondering if they need to get some in.Very good value for money,fast readings,a pleasure to use.

Both my wife and I need to keep a close watch on our Blood Pressure due to medication we are on and Omron is a trusted brand, and even our own GP Surgery uses these monitors. We went for the X3 as this can store up to 60 readings for two users and there is a simple switch to select which user the reading is for. Operation is then really simple. Attach the cuff and press Start. Within seconds you have your reading. Its that simple. The monitor display is very clear and the monitor easy to use. There is a left-right toggle button to scroll through the past readings. The one thing we don’t like is the pre-formed cuff. Every BP test I’ve ever had there has been a loose wrap around cuff which you attach with Velcro and the cuff is open and easy to apply. This one is sort of sprung (pre-formed) which actually makes it more difficult to attach. Not keen on this but others may actually find this useful? Once it is attached, it does work very well, but I would rather have had a more traditional cuff. Highly recommended and a good price too.

I purchased the Omron X3 Comfort Blood Pressure Monitor and have been using it regularly at home. Overall, it’s a reliable and user-friendly device, but I wish I had spent a bit more to buy the version with the app for tracking and generating graphs, which I think would have been more convenient for monitoring long-term trends. That said, this model has some great features. The Intelli Wrap cuff is a standout—it’s easy to use and eliminates the hassle of manually wrapping it around your arm. The ability to store readings for two separate users is another big plus, making it ideal for households where more than one person needs to monitor their blood pressure. At first there were reoccuring error messages which I found out was the device letting me know I was using it incorrectly in some way. Very helpful. If you’re looking for a straightforward, clinically validated monitor, this is a solid choice. However, if you’re someone who wants to easily track and analyse your data over time, I’d recommend considering the upgraded version with app connectivity.

Bought this as a second machine due to my main one being a cheaper make and I was suspect to its accuracy. This is by far better, it gives readings in the same range as the one at the local surgery. It has a nice comfortable feel to the cuff instead of the pinch on my other one, and is much easier to place correctly one handed than the wrap back through a metal buckle effect of the other cuffs. The display is nicely sized and clear. The measuring procedure is simple one touch and the auto memory function is useful making averaging an easy few seconds task after your readings. It will tell you if you have anything gone wrong, like cuff wrongly placed or too loose, or you moved during the measure, things like this all help you to get accurate results, including your heart rate at the time. The whole thing seems really well made and well worth the extra few pounds over the cheaper available machines. My initial thoughts are fully positive, if things change I will update in the future.

I used to have wrist one but it was giving me wrong readings, to the point that I had to see a doctor thinking of having very high blood pressure. This is a game changer. Accurate, professional and very easy to use. It’s the same one doctors use. Well worth the money

I purchased this as it was recommended as accurate, by the British heart Foundation , although a bit more money than other makers , I found it well worth the purchase ,it's a quality build easy to use , found cuff fitting really well , as previous reviewer negative comment on fitting both unit and cuff in bag provided, I soon discovered you need to carefully roll up cuff as much as you can and use the velcro to keep it like that, then put unit with buttons facing outward then cuff next to back of unit ,and there's more than enough room

L’OMRON X3 Comfort est globalement très apprécié pour sa précision, sa fiabilité clinique et son brassard facile à utiliser, même si certains trouvent le gonflage un peu serré et regrettent l’absence de connectivité. En bref, c’est un excellent tensiomètre domestique, simple, fiable et confortable.
