Such a treat
I got a sample of this flavor in the recent catalog that was sent to me. I loved the flavor. I was iffy on it at first but by the time I got mid-way through my cup, I was in love with it. Light but flavorful and the bonus was that it was bliss to my upset stomach. So not only did it soothe my taste buds, it soothed a cranky stomach. With that in mind, I got on Amazon and purchased before it went out of season or something. So glad that I did. It is such a treat to have. It is a little pricey but so worth the indulgence. I'm already a fan of Republic of Tea for their hibiscus tea line and now I'm expanding to other teas and I'm glad that I did. So the lesson in this is: Give the samples a try.

Needs a bit more
I steeped the teabag for about 4-5 minutes, the tea tastes okay, light and sweet. However the flavor is bland, it only has a hint of peppermint and hint of cocoa, it's lacking in flavor. The tin is very pretty but this is expensive for little taste payoff.

Not for me
Hint came out with a water infused with peppermint & chocolate essence. It's absolutely delicious. However, it's a seasonal water, so I thought maybe it would be cool to get a tea that tastes similar to the water. I do love peppermint tea. So, I decided to try this one. It wasn't it. I really tasted nothing. My adult kid thought it was okay.Taste is subjective. So, if you like this brand, you will probably like this tea. If you are wanting something like hint water, peppermint hot cocoa or Starbucks - you probably won't like it.

Don’t expect hot chocolate or coffee levels of chocolate
Having read reviews talking about the low amount of chocolate flavor, I used two tea bags, steeping for around 7-8 minutes and keeping them in as I drank it. This tea definitely has more mint than chocolate flavor, although the chocolate is noticeable. I didn’t add any sweetener and it was mild and delicious with the mint not being overpowering. I imagine this is what it would taste like if you steeped an Andes mint chocolate in hot water. I have never had a chocolate tea, or carob before, so my only complaint is that I might be allergic to carob as my tongue started tingling intensely immediately, but I want to keep drinking it because it’s so good…

TASTELESS
Doesn’t taste like mint OR chocolate, just hot water with a faint undiscernible taste. Unfortunately not returnable.
