Great tool — Bad packaging
PROS: Bicisupport (bike support) has a few disciplines within the bike tool category and this tool would fall into their measuring tools. Bicisupport is known for accuracy when a true measurement is required and this tool will not disappoint. I use it primarily for benchmarking a bike before an overhaul and on occasion have placed it into my backpack when about to buy a frame. I have most of Bicisupport tools and love themCONS: PRIME packaging is worthless. Since all my Bicisupport tools have been purchased from Amazon I will have to guess the bad packaging is not Bicisupport’s error. Out of all the Bicisupport measurement tools I have purchased only one was not damaged at all. The others: I have had to sand down one to remove dings to make it operational, another I had to purchase (from Amazon) a threaded rod to replace a major part and the last had missing parts which luckily that part was an accessory anyway and not needed. These three items had no protection and these measuring tools needed to be protected. Luckily for Amazon I’m good at repairs but will not buy anymore precision instruments through PRIME anymore

Good quality, valuable tool
I got tool in today. A close examination showed excellent craftsmanship (of course, made in Italy, Colnago's and Ferrari's). I am stoked about this tool, no more eyeballing it with a tape measure, this will precisely set saddle height and help in adding or subtracting if I need to take into account crank length. They need to work on more sturdy packaging and packing.
