Does this pump need to be wired/grounded directly to the pool? Or can i just plug it into an outlet?

Inground pool would have to be grounded to the ground bond /above ground plugged into properly grounded outlet..also check local building code requirements if so desired

This good for continuous use for pond?

It’ll work for a pond but it’s a swimming pool pump so if the water isn’t chemically treated or balanced then the manufacturer will void the warranty not to mention the equipment won’t last very long

Is it compatible with an Intex 12' x 24' Ultra Frame pool?

I have a Hayward pump like this on my soft sided pool. You can use one of these but need to make sure you get the right HP. And if your pool came with a thru wall skimmer you will need to get a skimmer made for a hard sided pool.

Is this for a 120 or 240 v

It is 120 or 240 but if you do 120 it regulates what the pump can do like change speeds up or down . With 240 you can set speeds up and down relative to the timer you have set while 120 you can’t . It runs at a default factory speed of 2500 RPMs about 2/3 of the speed of the pump
