The secret to a long-lasting manicure! No more lifting 💅✨
If you do your own nails at home, you NEED this set. I used to have issues with my gel polish lifting after just a few days, but this Modelones Dehydrator and Primer duo has completely changed that. Why it works ✅: Superior Prep: The dehydrator removes all the natural oils from the nail perfectly, creating a clean canvas. Strong Adhesion: The primer acts like double-sided tape. My gel nails now last 3+ weeks without any lifting at the edges. Compatible with everything: I’ve used it with gel polish, acrylics, and polygel, and it works flawlessly with all of them. Things to consider ⚠️: Strong Scent: Like most professional nail products, the smell is quite strong, so make sure to use it in a well-ventilated area. Drying Time: The dehydrator air dries almost instantly, but make sure the primer is slightly tacky before applying your base coat for the best results Professional quality at a great price. It saves me so much time and money by making my manicures last twice as long. A must-have for any DIY nail enthusiast

Great For Gel-X Nails
I recently purchased this nail dehydrator and primer for doing my friends’ nails, and it has made a huge difference, especially for Gel-X applications. The dehydrator removes oils effortlessly, leaving the nail surface perfectly prepped without drying out the skin. The primer applies smoothly and creates a strong bond that helps the Gel-X tips adhere securely and last much longer without lifting. I’ve noticed far fewer issues with peeling or chipping since using this combo. It’s easy to use, reliable, and gives a professional-quality base every time. Overall, it works great for Gel-X and has become an essential part of my nail kit.

manicures last twice as long
The dehydrator works instantly, it leaves the nail super dry within seconds, which helps the gel stick way better. The primer is acid based, so if you have any small cuts around your fingers, it will sting. But if your skin is intact, it applies without any issues. Ever since I started using this combo, my manicures last twice as long. No lifting, no peeling at the edges, no chipping. Everything stays in place as long as I prep the nails correctly. The smell is chemical (like most nail prep products), but nothing crazy or unbearable. And despite being acid, it didn’t irritate my skin or my actual nails at all. If you want your gel polish to actually last, this set makes a huge difference. Just be careful if you have broken skin because it does burn a little.

Great prep set — helps my gel manicures last longer
I’ve been using this nail dehydrator and primer set for a couple of weeks, and I’m really impressed. The dehydrator dries instantly and removes all the oils without leaving any residue. The primer goes on smoothly and really helps the gel polish adhere better. Since I started using this set, my gel manicures last noticeably longer with no lifting at the tips. There’s no strong smell, and both products are easy to apply even if you’re doing your nails at home. Overall, a solid prep duo that makes a big difference in longevity.

Works Very Well, No Lifting!!
💅💝🥳Works so well. I am new to diy gel nails, but very familiar with bonding techniques after 18+ years in the dental field. So after you prep your cuticles and nails, rinse with water only, then pat dry with cotton free towel or wipes, then dehydrate, then prime, then base and cure, and continue with your set. If you are having a hard time getting your gels to bond, remember that the product is only half of the equation! The other half is preparation and state of the field, in this case the nail bed. I see a lot of negative reviews from people who may not have their techniques dialed in quite yet. If you accidentally eat something greasy or use lotion or lip gloss and it touches your nail bed, you will have bond failure if not properly cleaned. Here are some tips with common prime and bond products: 1). The field must be clean 🫧 and dry. Do not use any lotion the day you do your nails!! Do not use oily/moisturizing soap to clean your nails or hair either. Rinse with 🌊 water only 🌊 , no soap, after filing. Unlike teeth, you can desicate the nail bed and must use the dehydrater to remove any remaining oils or moisture. 2) keep all the products on your nail, NOT YOUR SKIN OR CUTICLE, and invest in cotton free wipes or you will go NUTS with little tiny stragglers in your gel! 3) Cuticle prep is absolutely essential. If you don't properly prepare your nail bed and cuticle area you will definitely experience lifting and problems. Take the time to learn how to properly do your cuticles as you can permanently damage them and cause fungus and infection if you don't properly sanitize your instruments between manicures and/or you are too aggressive in pushing or trimming. 4) When you first start doing gel nails go shy of your cuticle at least 1/2 to 1 mm. Trust me, if you accidentally get too close and flood your cuticle just clean it off and start over. 5) Invest in decent files and don't apply the gel like it's regular polish. Very thin coats are all it takes! And you can always build. 6) Do Not remove the sticky layer of the base coat, that is what makes the next layer stick and adhere together!! Unless the package directly instructs it, then follow the instructions over whatever else you here. 7). Modelones top coat is the best top coat I have tried so far and I highly recommend buying that with this dehydrator and bond.

fake nails will stay on me, almost never pop off.
I'm not sure why these work, and others don't for me. when you get down to it dehydrator is basically just acetone. The primer provides a tacky layer for better grip. It's a mystery to me, but these work. I've tried many. my nails are -very ridged, dry and brittle, when wet i can bend the nail backwards, and yet they produce a lot of oils which make a lot of nail polishes barely last (maybe a day before the edge nearest the cuticle starts peeling) I almost never paint my natural nail. it's too ridged and always looks bad. What I do is apply fake nails, (usually an extra short coffin shape, really like the gel x style tips). now because of of the way my natural nails are, even uv cured nail glue doesn't like lasting long, again maybe getting 2 days before lifting starts occurring. That's where this product comes in, I lightly file with 100 grit nail file, to help scratch the nail top up for better adhesion, then I apply 2 coats of the dehydrator letting it soak in/dry quickly before each one, then I apply a 1 layer of the adhesion primer, let it dry (it will be tacky so don't let it touch anything, its a fuzz attractor), then apply the fake nail and cure under UV light for 90 seconds. my fake nails now stay on for weeks, average is about 2 weeks before lifting edges start. but even then they stay on so well, even if an edge near the cuticle starts lifting, the nail has stayed on for another 2 weeks, and I still have to soak them off usually, doesn't happen often but they do give out sooner and pop off, but way way way less then ever before and it's usually because I rushed and didn't prep as well. (a total of 4 times a nail popped off prematurely, one time within 2 days, this is rare with good prep and not rushing.) By biggest dislike, the primer bottle is really hard to open sometimes, I imagine this is because the primer gets around the bottle top and kind of glues it shut. it's not a deal breaker, just annoying. I keep these stored in the box they came in, I like the insert that holds them in place, and I'm less likely to misplace them or accidentally throw them away. amount in each bottle lasts a good long time. It doesn't take much for each nail to coat. So even over a year later I still have quite a bit left. (I know what I'm buying when I need more) I feel some people mistake this as needing to be uv cured, the primer is not UV cured, it's just air dried, and will feel like it doesn't dry completely, it's suppose to stay tacky, it's an adhesive (keyword) primer. Dehydrator has s strong smell (it's basically straight acetone) , use in well ventilated area, primer doesn't really smell.

Shiny and Easy to Apply
This gel top coat is easy to apply and gives a beautiful, shiny finish. Perfect for home manicures and makes nails look professional. It may start to chip, but I’m hard on my nails, so that’s on me.
