I think so. Really brings out the flavor in pasta salad. It's very "pricey" when you purchase the smaller bottle in the grocery store. That's why I went for the larger container. Store in the refrigerator and it keeps a long time!

How is the product quality?

I'm not sure what you're asking. I find the product adds a nice flavor to my salads. It's spices. I wouldn't know how to judge their quality unless they had no flavor whatsoever.
