Bellora Waffle Weave Spa Robe (Bellora, Italy)

This is a very good high quality product. It appears to be well made and looks as if it will last for a long time. It seems to get softer and more comfortable with each washing. The only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star is that despite the fact that they state they have sized the robes to accomodate shrinkage from washing, ours still got a bit smaller with the first washing. So if you are at the "upper end" of the size you are considering you might want to step up one size. Also due to the fact that I slightly underestimated the size and the shrinkage, the belt rides too high on my waist to be comfortable. My wife wife was on the lower side of the size she ordered so her's is perfect. So if you get the size right I would highly recommend this product.

I love this robe! I'm a size 8 in jeans (130 pounds) and wasn't sure what size to get, so decided to get a large as I'm a M/L. However, the large was sold out so I bought an XL thinking it will shrink a little in the dryer. It did. I washed in warm water, and dried in medium heat, and it fits awesome!! This is a classy robe. I love the collars and long sleeves. It's warm and cozy. Make sure you buy a size up if you plan to place in the dryer. You can always wash in cold and air dry, but if you go up a size than it's fine to wash in warm and place in the dryer. I'm glad I bought an XL.

not as heavy as I expected...maybe thats the one upside of terry...my wife says its a perfect 3 season robe but the terry cloth will come out in the witer for the added morning warmth. We bopth think the fit and finish are perfect and I would order up a size as some review sudgested my wife is tiny (5'4" 117#'s) and a small was a perfect fit with not too much extra room.

I surfed the web thoroughly looking for a waffle weave robe. The negative review "Not worth the price" almost dissuaded me from purchasing the Bellora Waffle Weave Spa Robe, but after much research reading reviews about it and other similar robes, I ordered the Bellora. I am a small lady(5'5" and weigh 120), and I ordered it in a size large - because of the reviews, I knew to expect some shrinkage. Plus, the waffle robes in hotels are usually a large, nice and roomy ... I'd rather have more robe around me than less! It is a decent weight robe that comes below my calves and has long sleeves - that was not mentioned in the description and not evident in the picture - that I have to cuff a bit, but that's preferable to 3/4 length sleeves. Absolutely worth the price - others that I researched were lighter weight with 3/4 sleeves and no collar to turn up on my neck to get even cozier. I use it after showing or coming from the spa, it is absorbent and comfy-cozy and I love it!

I bought this as a gift and just ordered one for myself. The quality was beautiful and even though the sleeves were a little long for my mother, she was very pleased. Ill post a longer review when I get mine. All in all the size medium for her was the correct size. She is slight and about 5'7".

I have worn a spa type robe from Italy for many years. I bought this a couple of months ago and after using it, it felt like it never really dried out, very uncomfortable and clamy to wear. I figured it needed a few washes to fix the problem. I was wrong, now four months later it is just as bad as the day I got it. The billing is the fabric is from Italy. I have had waffle weave robes from Italy and this is not what it says. In fact, it is made in Turkey, which explains the issues I am having with this robe. I contacted the seller and they offered me 20% return. I work in the fabric industry and we are seeing so much of this coming out of Turkey and India, cheaper fabrics that do not perform, but deliver on price. Unless you want a robe that always feels damp and scratchy, I would not order from this company. I was extremely unhappy with the quality and the customer service.

After my wife and I went on our 2nd Carnival Cruise we remembered how much we liked the robes on board and she asked for one for Christmas.These are as good or better, beautiful quality, glad I bought one for myself as well! ;)

The weight is great and I am enjoying the summer mornings relaxing in this robe. It is definitely a summer wear.
